ACF Fiorentina continues to work on defining the new setup for the upcoming season. It's not just the field that's at the center of attention from the Viola management: parallel to the choice of the coach (only the announcement for Fabio Grosso is missing) and the market strategy, there is also an evaluation of the entry of a new figure within the Viola organization. The idea of an ambitious Fiorentina, as repeated many times by the club's presidency, also passes through impeccable efficiency in the organization. The best example in this case is that of Fabio Paratici: from his arrival, Fiorentina has risen in the rankings and many top clubs have shown interest in him. The goal must be to bring other top figures inside the Viola to restart Fiorentina towards better shores. With a structure like that of the Viola Park, it's only natural that the introduction of a new figure would fit perfectly. The director we are referring to is Paolo Morganti, currently the general manager of Catanzaro and for a long time marked as one of Paratici's preferred profiles. The idea would be to give Morganti a primary role within the Viola Park. According to La Gazzetta del Mezzogiorno, however, Catanzaro does not want to lose the director, considered central by President Noto. The Calabrian society, on the other hand, wants to relaunch and go on the offensive with a contract renewal proposal to not lose Morganti, who is increasingly at the center of Serie A rumors. A move that could completely reverse the plans of Paratici and the entire Fiorentina, with the situation becoming complicated. The two have known each other since the Juventus days (always on the initiative of the Viola sports director), before dividing their paths: Fabio to England at Tottenham and Paolo to Catanzaro. Paratici's unconditional trust could make the Viola society reflect, in a delicate role in the growth of the club's organization. At this point, everything passes into the hands of the Catanzaro general manager: to continue the adventure with the Calabrians to try to get the Serie A (which slipped away at the last hurdle last season), or to return to the top league with Fiorentina, finding a friend and a colleague like in the Juventus days. We will find out in the coming days which will be the final choice of Paolo Morganti, who is certainly attracted by the Viola Park cause.
